General Information
Welcome to the Procter & Gamble Supplier Site. This is an online tool created to help potential suppliers learn about the prospects of doing business with us and enabling such suppliers to initiate contact with us. It has also been created with current suppliers in mind providing quick links to the Procter & Gamble Supplier Portal as well as lots of current information regarding payment and invoicing.
Navigation
To navigate in the web site, use the top menu. It contains four sections:
- Home: link to pgsupplier.com main page
- Prospective Supplier: for those that are interested in becoming Procter & Gamble Suppliers.
- Current Supplier: Information for current suppliers, related to policies, invocing and access to supplier portal
- Help: contains information related to navigation in the web site, technical help and a sub-section with FAQs
Technical Help
For optimal navigation in the site, we suggest the use of a current version of Microsoft Explorer's browser, but at a minimum, version 4.0. You may visit Microsoft's Web site and download the current browser for free or you may contact your local IT support to update your browser.
If you are using a different browser, or a previous version of this browser, some pages of the site may not be displayed correctly. We have used multiple file formats on the construction of our site. Please refer to the following table when dealing with these files.

Portable Document format documents (*.pdf), and Word documents (*.rtf), may be displayed directly in your browser window, depending on the configuration of your computer. If you want to save these files on your hard disk, right-click your mouse in windows/click the options key in Macintosh. In both cases, a dialogue window will appear in which you can specify the location where you want to save your file.
