• Q: Where do I find the name of the right purchases person?
  • A:P&G Purchases is organized by the type of materials, services or product that it is buying. We call these Spend Pools. If you do not know contact details of your counterpart in Purchases, please send us an email at pgmchtransition.im@pg.com with your request and we will connect you to the right person.

  • Q:I would like to discuss innovation ideas that are very long-term. How do I connect with the right decision owners at P&G?
  • A: We are very excited and eager to hear your innovation ideas. Purchases owns every dollar spent for the Company through strategic sourcing choices and leading our external business partners’ relationships, including long-term innovation. Purchases people, business stakeholders, and external partners all work together to find the right solutions for our needs. Connecting to your Purchases counterpart will be the best way to enable the right forum for your idea to be considered.

  • Q: I understand you have a payment term policy of 120 days for suppliers operating outside of the European Union, and 75 days within the European Union (where legally permissible). Can you provide more detail behind these policies?
  • A: We have found significant value for both P&G and suppliers with these policies. P&G works with a few global banks on specific programs optimizing cash flow at the most favorable conditions, delivering value to both our suppliers, and P&G. To learn more, please reach out to your Purchases counterpart.

  • Q: What is P&G’s policy on gifts?
  • A: We do not accept gifts from suppliers. P&G people are very aware of our gift policy. We want full attention on building brand value and not individual gain.
