Andrew Butler

Associate Director Supplier Citizenship

Andy Butler leads Procter & Gamble's Global Supplier Citizenship program, which aims to advance P&G’s Corporate Citizenship Agenda (include link?) through the Supply Network. He started at P&G in 2006 and has had a variety of Purchases roles, including plant services, plastic packaging, and contact manufacturing. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and Xavier University, Andy sits on the boards of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, WEConnect International, Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council, and the Dan Beard Boy Scouts of America Council.

Yelena Simonova

Corporate Supplier Diversity & Sustainability

Yelena just celebrated her 5-year anniversary with P&G. Prior to joining the Corporate Supplier Citizenship Team in November 2016, she has been a sourcing buyer in the Chemicals & Ingredients organization and led a number of transformational projects for functional chemicals sourcing. Currently, Yelena works closely with ORV-WBC regionally, WBENC nationally, and WEConnect globally, focusing on capacity-building of woman-owned businesses. She is also pursuing a MBA degree from the Univerisity of Chicago.

Tranel Engleman

Corporate Supplier Diversity

Tranel has 5 years of experience with P&G, one of which has been in his current supplier diversity role. Prior to joining the Corporate Supplier Diversity Team, Tranel worked in Product Supply as a Customer Service Rep responsible for deploying New Product Initiatives and Point of Purchase material to U.S. based retail stores. Tranel currently has ownership of the 2nd Tier Strategy.

Melissa Rae Baker

Senior Manager, Global Purchases, Supplier Citizenship & Innovation

Melissa joined P&G’s Supplier Citizenship & Innovation team in 2017, with responsibility for integrating P&G’s Citizenship Strategy into the core work priorities of P&G’s buyers and external partners. She began her P&G career in 2005, holding a variety of purchases roles in the Chemicals & Ingredients spendpool, where she also served as the Chemicals & Ingredients Supplier Diversity Manager for two years. A native of Northern Kentucky, Melissa holds degrees from Northern Kentucky University, The University of Cincinnati, and Xavier University.
