Brand & Business Services – HRSS Global Relocation, Corporate Credit Card, & T&E
Carla joined P&G in 1988, and has spent the last 20 years of her career in Purchases. She is currently sourcing P&G’s Global Relocation, Corporate Credit Card, and the Travel and Expense Tool services. Carla has sourced materials in the ESS-Contract Manufacturing Fabric & Home Care owning the Downy Unstopables, Cascade Complete Gel liquid filling & Manipulation, and the Packaging Organization Fabric and Home Care & Beauty Care starting with pressure sensitive labels, injection molded and thermoforming parts across several business units. Carla champions buyers within HRSS to not only help with increasing both 1st and 2nd tier spend, but also to create game-changing ideas to drive savings opportunities. Carla is very passionate about Supplier Diversity because she feels it’s the right thing to do both for the company and the community. She has led several supplier diversity initiatives, including the leading African Ancestry Leadership Network Business Expo, developing the Minority Business Enterprise “Act Intentionally” book for P&G employees, leading the African American Business Development Program in Collaboration with the Urban League, and serving as the P&G Engagement Leader for the Cincinnati Music Festival and Friday Flow. She was nominated for the P&G Diversity & Inclusion Award for her work.
Global Chemicals Purchases
Karin joined Procter & Gamble in 200, and spent her first four years in Design with Pharmaceuticals and Health Care. In 2004, she transitioned to Purchases and has had multiple procurement and sourcing roles. She has been in C&I Purchases for more than 5 years, recently adding flavors sourcing to her existing perfumes responsibilities. Karin has been the supplier diversity contact for her immediate team for several years before formally joining the P&G Supplier Diversity Team, where she will work to strategically deliver P&G’ Supplier Diversity objectives within Chemicals & Ingredients Purchases.
Michele joined P&G in 2008. She began her career in Finance before joining Purchases. She spent 6 years as a Global Specialty Chemicals Buyer before moving to Capital Purchases in 2017, where she manages North America Construction and Engineering. Michele is the P&G Site Capital Contact for Cincinnati General Offices and Technical Centers, Greensboro Brown Summit and Swing Road Plants, and North America Warehouses. As a member of the Supplier Diversity Team, her objective is to grow Supplier Diversity within Capital Purchases by expanding our network of diverse suppliers across North America. Michele is originally from the Philippines. Prior to joining P&G, she had a career in Real Estate and served 8 years in the U.S. Navy.
Evan has been with P&G for 6 years, the first 5 years were spent working in Supply Network Operations as an External Manufacturing Operations Site Leader, supporting 5 different BU’s and 13 contract manufacturers. Since moving into his current role last year, Evan has been strategically sourcing a broad range of services for North America R&D and contingent labor. Effective June 2017, he assumed the role of Supplier Diversity Manager for the Operations Spend Pool. Evan is focusing on building upon the excellent work Chris McQueen has previously done in leveraging Corporate SD across the Operations organization and helping to deliver the overall strategy for the company.
Global Packaging Purchases
Kevin grew up in Grand Blanc, MI and graduated with a BS in Engineering from the US Naval Academy. He and his two sons, Josh and Joe, live in the Cincinnati Area. He joined P&G in 2006 and currently works in the PacHyESS Spend Pool supporting Packaging Materials. In February 2015 Kevin joined the Supplier Diversity team to lead P&G’s Veteran Owned Small Businesses strategy.
North America Packaging Purchases
Lorena joined P&G in January 2011. She started her career at P&G, sourcing Brand Building Services in support of the P&G Marketing and Design organizations. She then spend three years strategically sourcing Cartons and Corrugate containers for P&G’s Printed Packaging Spend Pool. In July 2017, she transitioned to her current assignment sourcing Injection Molding Parts for P&G’s Baby Care and Feminine Care Business Unit. Throughout her career she has been strongly engaged in P&G’s Supplier Diversity efforts. Furthermore, in July 2015 she assumed the Supplier Diversity Manager role to contribute to the business in a more meaningful way by taking ownership of the Supplier Diversity Strategy for Packaging, Hygiene, and External Supply Solutions.
North America Logistics Purchases
Mike joined Procter and Gamble in 2018. He spent many years in CSO as a functional leader managing warehouse inventory and transportation for some of our top customers. In 2010, he transitioned to PS Purchases and has had multiple sourcing and analytical roles in our Packaging and Hygiene spend pool. He is currently a transportation buyer in our NA Logistics Purchases group. Mike has also been the Supplier Diversity manager for the Transportation and Warehousing team since 2016.
Brand & Business Services – Global IT
Shondale joined P&G in 1998. His first seven years were spent working within the Product Supply Logistics and Global Planning organizations. The balance of his career has been spent strategically sourcing multiple direct and indirect materials. He currently has global sourcing responsibilities for P&G's IT Infrastructure area. He has been a member of P&G's Supplier Diversity Team since 2012, initially as the GBS IT SPOC. Effective July 2015, he assumed the role of Supplier Diversity Manager for the entire Brand & Business Services Spend Pool. Shondale is focusing on driving Supplier Diversity growth within the BBS Spend Pool and helping to deliver the overall strategy for company.
