Executive Announcement
Dear External Business Partners:
Today, P&G announced my decision to retire from the Company on June 30, 2026, after more than 37 amazing years including the past 6 serving as Chief Purchasing Officer. Along with this news, I’m delighted to share that Erik Roberts has been appointed to succeed me as Chief Purchasing Officer, effective April 1, 2026.
Since joining P&G in 1998, Erik has led teams across multiple areas of the business. His experience spans Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing, giving him a broad and diverse perspective on our organization. Currently, as Senior Vice President of Fabric & Home Care Purchases and P&G Chemicals, he has demonstrated strong leadership and a deep understanding of our business, making him uniquely qualified for this role.
As we move through this transition over the next several months, our Global Purchases strategy and 2030 Vision remain unchanged; we firmly believe in them and the direction we are headed. With Erik continuing to bring our vision to life, we are confident that we will stay on course and achieve even greater success together through his leadership.
Reflecting on my remarkable journey, I’m filled with deep gratitude and pride. Leading the Global Purchases organization and the Product Supply Sustainability Team has been one of the greatest honors of my professional life. Throughout this time, I have witnessed first-hand the power of partnership — how trust, mastery, creativity, and shared ambition between P&G and our valued business partners fuel growth, innovation, and value creation.
Thank you for your unwavering collaboration and commitment to our shared success. Across countless engagements and initiatives, I have personally experienced the depth of your partnership — the creativity you bring, the agility with which you adapt, and the constant dedication to excellence that you demonstrate every single day. What we have built together is truly one of a kind, and it has been instrumental in advancing our mutual success.
To all of you, my sincere appreciation for being such an integral part of this journey. Our shared experiences, your partnership and the friendships built along the way will always remain with me.
Best,

Chief Purchasing Officer, P&G
