Dear External Business Partners:

P&G released its results for the April-June quarter and the 2025/26 fiscal year on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. For the fiscal year, the Company delivered net sales of $87.0 billion, up three percent versus the prior year, and organic sales growth of one percent. Diluted earnings per share increased two percent to $6.62, and core earnings per share increased one percent to $6.89.

More details are provided in the chart below and in the official press release on P&G’s Investor Relations site.

Behind those results is a year that unfolded in a volatile, challenging environment — and yet one of real, broad-based progress, with growth or held share across nearly all of our regions and categories. That progress reflects how well we execute together and gives us a strong foundation to build on.

I also want to pause and thank you. Amid this year's disruption and uncertainty, including the ongoing situation in the Middle East, many of you worked side by side with our teams to keep supply moving and products on shelves for consumers when they needed them most. That agility and commitment doesn't go unnoticed, and I'm sincerely grateful for your partnership through a demanding year.

I'd also like to share an important update. Effective August 1, 2026, P&G's Board of Directors has appointed Shailesh Jejurikar Chairman of the Board, in addition to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer. This reflects the Board's confidence in his leadership and in the direction of our Company. Shailesh knows our business deeply and is firmly focused on serving consumers with superior products and value. For you, our partners, this means continuity — the same Integrated Growth Strategy and commitment to the fundamentals that matter most: innovation, reliability, and close collaboration.

This brings me to what's next. As we look to fiscal 2027, our focus stays clear: putting consumers first and delivering value — and you have a critical role to play. Together, we will improve productivity to invest in our brands and offset costs, while challenging ourselves and our industry to keep improving. This is where we work side by side, building the capabilities that create growth and value for us both.

The year ahead will bring challenges, but I'm confident in what we can accomplish together. The best partnerships are built on trust and a shared desire to delight consumers — and that's what carries us forward. I look forward to what we'll build together in this next chapter.
